CALGARY, AB –/COMMUNITYWIRE/– Media representatives are invited to attend the Advancing Women in Agriculture Conference, hosted by Iris Meck, Glacier FarmMedia. The Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Canada’s first woman federal Minister of Agriculture will attend several sessions to meet and present messages to women in ag attending from Newfoundland Labrador to British Columbia.  Women representing over 150 organizations involved in agriculture and food will participate in sessions with over 40 expert speakers from inside and outside of agriculture including perspectives from Jon Neutens, Head of Agriculture, ATB Financial, Nicole Stelter, Vice President Agriculture, TD Bank, and Debbie Thompson, Vice President Academic & Student Experience, Olds College.
