BELLEVILLE, ON –/COMMUNITYWIRE/– A tentative agreement has been reached between Local 907 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE 907) and the City of Belleville.

The two parties met Thursday with a provincially appointed mediator and finalized the tentative agreement. Details of the agreement will not be released until it has been ratified by the city and the members of CUPE 907. CUPE 907 has scheduled an online ratification vote for its members on Saturday, February 20 and Sunday, February 21.
