As the days get shorter and the leaves change colour, Autumn is the perfect time to reflect on all that we have to be thankful for, such as friends, family, and the way nature enriches our lives.

The Nature Conservancy of Canada is grateful for the support received from individuals and groups across the country to protect habitats and wildlife, including species at risk.

K&K Casting is currently doing a Canada-wide casting call for a LEAD ROLE in the new Feature Film FIRST LIGHT. 

They are looking specifically for male actors (any ethnicity) between the ages of 16-23 who can easily pull off looking 17. 

The film follows seventeen-year-old SEAN TERRELL, who provides sanctuary for a classmate, ALEX LAINEY, who begins to develop extraordinary powers following an encounter with a UFO.

Canadians have until April 15th to share their experiences as viewers and producers at cable community TV channels.  

The vast majority of cable community TV channels do not meet the minimum criteria for operating a community TV channel under CRTC policy, according to Deepak Sahasrabudhe of Newwest.tv in BC, and a member of the Canadian Association of Community Television Users and Stations (CACTUS).
